If you are an FOA member, your membership dues helped to pay for the materials and tools provided in the FOA Meetup Kit. Your dues entitle you to free fob NFC pairing at your local, FOA-sponsored meetup. 

If you are not an FOA member, you must pay for the key fob and NFC card pairings as the tools and volunteer time were provided by dues-paying members of the FOA.
